Olivia Tremble

Development Manager

Olivia Roser manages NACSA’s foundation and federal grants portfolio, developing systems and procedures to ensure the successful execution of strategic objectives by program teams. She also collaborates with individuals across the organization to identify opportunities, conduct research, and draft proposals to secure additional funding.

Prior to joining NACSA, Olivia completed two years with the New York City Teaching Fellows as a high school science teacher for English language learners in the Morris Heights neighborhood of the Bronx. While teaching science, she also co-chaired the science department and helped to facilitate a student mentorship program.

Her bachelor’s degree comes from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). She also holds a Master’s in education from the Relay Graduate School of Education in New York City.

Olivia wholeheartedly believes that access to a quality education should be a fundamental right for all students. Throughout her career, she has worked to close the achievement gap for underserved students and communities across the country.

Outside of the office, you’ll likely find Olivia spinning, hanging with her cat, or drinking cold brew. “Iced coffee” need not apply.
