The National Association of Charter School Authorizers (NACSA) is committed to further developing the charter school authorizing profession and building a pipeline of talent. NACSA established the Fellows Program in 2012 to identify high-potential young professionals who have launched their careers but are seeking new opportunities to create the systemic change necessary to improve outcomes for students.  NACSA Fellows use their talents and operate with the passion, creativity and drive of entrepreneurs, but instead create change within the existing system… as Intrapreneurs.

An in-depth pre-placement orientation in late August that covers the fundamentals of effective authorizing practices

Ongoing personal and professional development, including
