Phone reservations within the NACSA hotel block MUST be made within the PACIFIC hours noted below. Reduced group rate is honored four days prior and post conference program dates. Room availability for Monday and Tuesday at the host hotel is quickly filling up and has sold out completely for Wednesday night. A waitlist for the Scottsdale Resort has been established for the evening of Wednesday, October 20. NACSA has secured rooms for conference attendees at the Intercontinental Montelucia Resort and Spa at a low rate of $179 for Wednesday night only, including a free shuttle to and from the host hotel. Please book your room at the Scottsdale Resort through Wednesday, and a shuttle will be available at 5 pm to take attendees to the Montelucia Wednesday evening and return them to the Scottsdale Resort at 7 am for Thursday's activities. For Wednesday night reservations, call 888.627.3010 and refer to the NACSA room rate. A 48 hour cancellation is required.

Ground Transportation
Airport Transfer: $24 per person, each way, is coordinated through Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center and can be reserved via phone at (800) 528-0293. Download the Shuttle Information & Request Form.
Avis Rental Cars: Use Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number G027999 to receive the best available rates from Avis. The group discount number is designed to shop the best available rate, includes unlimited mileage and is available from seven days before to seven days after the event. Reservations should be made by calling Avis directly at (888) 754-8878 or online.

Air Travel
United Airlines Discount: Effective July 26, conference attendees will receive a discount when booking their flight with United Airlines. Anyone booking using NACSA's meeting ID# 584VY, traveling to and from Phoenix between 10/15 and 10/25, will get a 5% discount booking online, and 5% or more when calling (800) 521-4041. Restrictions apply in select markets.
Car Rental Discount in Conjunction with United Airlines Discount: Hertz will offer discounts of up to 20% off the applicable rental rates when reservations are made in conjunction with United Airlines air reservations. Please reference Hertz Discount number CV02R30006, and NACSA United Airlines Discount ID#584VY. Call Hertz at (888) 444-1074.
American Airlines Discount: American Airlines is offering a 5% discount for anyone traveling to Phoenix from October 15 – 24, 2010. Reference the below discount number when contacting American Airlines at either www.aa.com, or 1-800-433-1790.
