Are We There Yet?
From creating new public school models that mirror charter accountability and autonomy, to aggressively growing their portfolio of quality schools, authorizers have made a strong mark on the public education landscape. Throughout the past 20 years of the movement, they have earned some successes and learned important lessons that are continuing to shape education nationally. This plenary session features leaders who have actively pushed the sector and influenced the public's thinking on education. Engage with them as they share their thoughts on how authorizers are enabling the quality and access to better education options for more children.
