Kristin Rennels joined NACSA as the Director of Development, Growth and Strategic Partnerships in March of 2015.  Prior to joining NACSA, Kristin was the Manager of Development and Communications at The Chicago Public Education Fund, where she led the organization’s fundraising and communications efforts. In her role there, she helped the organization cultivate and widen its investor base in order to further The Fund’s mission to provide all children in Chicago with a world-class education.

Prior to graduate school, Kristin worked at University of Arizona Foundation as a member of the development and donor services team. As the Assistant Director of Scholarship Stewardship, she focused on building and maintaining relationships with individual donors, community organizations and foundations interested in supporting student scholarships. Kristin earned a master’s degree in Public Service from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ball State University in Indiana.
